Senior Designer (Architecture)

Job Summary:
Leads design and technical development of small projects or key packages within complex projects. Coordinates teams and consultants. Drives documentation, compliance, and detailed execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule deliverables and organise internal design team.
• Lead the design process from concept through detailed development.
• Prepare, review, and manage architectural design and documentation for internal and external review.
• Coordinate design solutions with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Supports Project Lead in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors for project execution.
• Manage workflows, change management, document revisions and compliance checks.
• Participate in contract administration tasks.

• Strong conceptual and technical design abilities.
• Advanced technical knowledge of project documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Skilled in coordinating internal teams and external consultants.
• Proficient in managing digital design processes and BIM workflows.
• Effective communicator.
Requirements & Attributes:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience from concept through design development and construction documentation;
• Experience in large scale, luxury, 5-star mixed use development will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with statutory submissions and controls, along with a strong understanding of local regulations and codes.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Other professional certifications such as GMAP or GMAAP and UD Assessor will be an advantage.
